Sweet Pizza with NO ADDED SUGAR for every hour of the day, free to enjoy it all!

This sweet pizza will satisfy your cravings but Sugar Free! Enjoy a super tasty dessert with no guilt for you, your friends & your family.


Pizza dough

150g plain flour

50-60ml warm water (to be soft)

half teaspoon salt

1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil

8g dry yeast


Pizza toppings

Fresh fruit depending on your liking

(such as apple, strawberry, peach, apricot, cherry etc)

Ef Zin Marmalade 100% whatever flavor you like

Some cinammon

Optionally greek yoghurt or cream cheese

Optionally nuts such as whalnuts, almonds, macademia

For the dough

PlaceĀ all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands until the dough becomes elasstic. Leave it aside to puff covered with a kitchen towel in a warm place for an hour. (Not heated)

After that mix again well and lay some more flour in a clean surface, opening a base around 28-30cm wide.

Grease the pan slightly with olive oil and lay on top the pizza base so that when it is baked the crust is crunchy on the bottom!


For the topping

Lay on the base whatever Ef Zin Marmalade 100% flavor you like and slice the same fresh fruit in thin slices. Put the fruit on top. In a preheated oven of 200C place the pizza in a lower position almost a little above the bottom of the oven.

Let it bake for 15 minutes (check the bottom of the pizza to be crunchy, it may need 20min)


Put out the pizza and sprinkle with some cinammon or greek yoghurt or some cream cheese and here you are!
