Cereal bars are of course a healthy choice of a quick snack or an easy breakfast to go and especially ideal snack outdoors for those who work or have a loaded program. So here is a quick and easy recipe for cereal bars. You can find a lot of products regarding cereal bars but nothing compares with honey, tahini, dried fruits, praline with no sugar and oats that we can make on our own in just a few minutes!
130 g of honey with tahini OR honey with praline for chocolaty flavor
150 grams of whole grain breakfast cereals
100 g oatmeal flakes
50 g of nuts like almonds or walnuts (optional
50 g of dried fruit (optional)
The process is so simple! Initially we preheat the oven to 180.
Then we mix the ingredients in a bowl and lay the mixture in a non-stick baking sheet in the oven.
Allow 5-9 minutes in the oven depending on how soft you want the bar (leave less) or more crisp. After you remove it from the oven, cut into rectangular pieces and store in a dry place that is well closed.
