This vivid green salad has a fruity twist of blood orange and some herbs that will give you a fresh break in your meal. Simple but very intense in every ingredient that contains, is perfect for combining it with a rich meat main course.

  • half a lettuce
  • half an orange or blood orange cut in cubes
  • 2 fresh onions sliced
  • freshly chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • Ef Zin Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil

Serve with some extra drops of  Ef Zin Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Chop the lettuce in large chunks and toss them in a big salad bowl.

Then add the orange or blood orange cubes, the 2 fresh onions and the freshly chopped dill. Toss well in order for all the ingredients to mix really well.

Pour 1 tablespoon Ef Zin Blood  Orange Infused Olive oil, some extra Ef Zin Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the dijon mustard right before you serve.

Mix it again very well so the sauce can be absorbed and place it in the center of your table before it dissapears from everyone!
